Society of St. Vincent de Paul Conference

One hundred and seventy five years ago, Frederic Ozanam  was asked, what are you doing for the poor? ……….. So he founded the St. Vincent de Paul Society. And today the SVdP Society is world wide with 2,500 Conferences and over 50,000 of volunteers. Light of Christ Conference have made 335 home visits and have helped 993 poor people who live within our parish boundaries, and our volunteers have logged 1172 hours, and 3350 unreimbursed miles since the beginning of our fiscal year, Oct 1,2007. God Bless You! Your Continued support will go along way to help, the Society of St. Vincent dePaul, to serve the poor in our community. Please use the Poor Boxes or the SVdP Envelope each month. One of  the best ways to serve God, is to help the poor. Thank you for your support. Jim Campbell
